Driver & Equipment Qualifications


DRIVER:

  • Must be 22 years of age
  • One year verifiable over-the-road experience in like equipment (Training options available)
  • Current long-form physical (not more than 90 days old)
  • Acceptable MVR
  • Class A CDL from residence state
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test

EQUIPMENT:

  • Tractor: Quality Class 8 equipment that will pass a thorough D.O.T. inspection
  • Trailer: 48’ & 53’ flatbed, step-deck or 53’ van.
    Vans must be 10yrs old or newer & must have
    a logistics post and load locks or logistics
    straps.. If you don't own a trailer, talk to us about
    our lease purchase program for trailers and fill out a
    credit application.
  • Tires must be min 7/32 & brake pads min 3/8
  • Recommended Accessory Equipment
    Chains & Binders - minimum 10
    Straps - 2" and 4" - minimum 12
    Smoke Tarp
    Full Tarp
    Bungee Cords - approx 40-50
    Ramps - for hauling vehicles
    Coil Racks - for hauling coils
